Frequently Asked Questions

After introductions, I like to spend time visiting with the customer and give them time to explain their project needs and get a clear understanding of what is expected. It is important prior to providing any estimates or starting any work that all parties involved understand very clearly what needs to take place. My efforts are to always leave the customer 100% satisfied with not only the price of the project but the efficiency and quality of the work.

If I were the customer I would look for a contractor that is reliable, respectable, transparent, and willing to take the necessary time to make sure the job is done correct the first time. Take the necessary time to find someone who is responsive and respectful at all times.
I would ask that customers not be afraid to ask for multiple estimates. Often times we can help determine which application should be used based on the project. It is also nice to have a customer that truly understands their budget on a project. I would ask that a customer consider which application is going to give them the most peace of mind and will fit in their budget. I would also suggest that customers have an accurate timeline of when the work will need to be completed.
